    I’m waiting for a shipment from Private Floor with tracking number 524615. I can’t find the shipment tracking. But it is very important that I know exactly when my package will arrive, as it is a holiday home and I am not always on site. I would be very grateful for information.

    Not recommended! Terrible GEFCO service! They posted on web and at door hours but never on time. I kept waiting so long and I called the lady was so rude and hung up my phone while I was trying to tell her I have my work to do I can’t keep waiting and I came back twice, it happened the same thing. I waited over 30 minutes each time no one opened the door. This is how you do business? Please make sure you’re on time and treat your customer nice. If you don’t know how to communicate with your customers, you should go back and learn how to do that first before you even open your own business.

    I dropped off a package on June 22nd at GEFCO…it’s June 26 and the package is still there at the GEFCO. So I guess I need to show up there with my tracking slip which claims my package was accepted with no further actions. What’s going on? So, are they going to disrespect me too if they haven’t sent my package out yet??
    Still waiting for the next move like it’s on its way, plus the arrival date.

    Worst. Movers. Ever. Edva and Alon at GEFCO will quote you the best price ever just to win your business and then double it the day of your move and if you argue they’ll threaten to leave… Look elsewhere.
