Avoid this place, because they are not dependable, including any regional offices that use Chicago. We had used them for over 10 years through their agent in Indianapolis and always got the boxes, but the one my Wife sent in September 2019 has still not arrived. It seems that the problem is only with Zuleta in Chicago because my Sister-in-Law in Guatemala has received three boxes all quickly delivered from Zuleta in Atlanta, Georgia. And my Wife sent another box from Guatemalteca Store in Indianapolis who is the representative of Servi-Express in Cincinnati, Ohio and it was delivered in Guatemala within two weeks. If you are in Chicago or any State surrounding Illinois that represents Zuleta in Chicago NEVER ship a package with them. They are a total disgrace.
You can get shipping services at a number of retailers, but what sets the mediocre ones apart from the really memorable ones are the people you interact with. Karen provided excellent customer service. Her interaction with me did not lead to a sale because she advised me of a surcharge with a particular shipper,.sending my business to the post office. She has integrity and great customer service skills. I highly recommend Ocean Sunset!
Each and every dimension received excellent work. The staff members were friendly and competent. They are excellent and I would use them again.
The worst mistake I made was using this company to fulfill my orders. I wish I shipped them myself, they send my customers products I don’t sell. Print shipping labels but don’t drop off packages. The ratings speaks for itself 3.8 a bit much too. I literally lost weight to the amount of stress I went through with this company. Small business owners stay far far far away and by reading these reviews even the workers hate working there, sad!
