   Employee needs to handle one person at a time, not stop in the middle of helping a customer due to the fact that a customer has come in that the employee has serviced before. It is very unprofessional to treat a customer that way.

   Been dealing with them for four years now, from the old location to the new location, still my number one shipping agent! Better than any retail store, very professional, quick, and simple. You can do everything you want there. Amer is super helpful, and always takes care of me whether it’s for personal shipping or business shipping, he’s always there! The best!!!

   PIckup Volvo wagon in IL and delivered to CA 3 days later.
   Every step of this transaction was excellent. Both Amerifreight who arranged transport and the truck driver who delivered the auto handled every detail professionally. I was kept in contact with the driver throughout. I am so impressed that I will use them to transport another vehicle next week from CA to IL.

   Horrible experience. First time in my life I’ve been charged a tape fee in this store (which I refused to pay) and had to drive to a farther UPS store. Will not come back!

   I never leave reviews but owner of the store is soooo rude it annoys me i just pay for pickups now cuz i don’t wanna deal with her if you have business dealing with that shouldn’t be your attitude at all !
