    Smartmove caught my eye when I saw them delivering off shore on Pittwater. An unusual sight seeing a truck float past at Church Point Cafe.
    I had my furniture in storage with a big international mover. But
    I was looking for a boutique company that would offer what I wanted: easy access with help and reassurance in a convenient location on the Northern Beaches.
    Everyone in the company was great to work with from the owners, office staff to the guys who carefully pack my possessions into their individual containers.
    My move offshore was organised quickly with minimal fuss as this was not an unusual request for them. On the day all went smoothly loading to a barge and delivery to an offshore address.

    I bought an electric bike which was shipped with Canpar Express. The delivery driver was extremely helpful and even offered to help me carry the bike up to the second floor even though I gave him the option to just help me take it to the lobby.
    Tracking was accurate, shipment was fast for ground (3 business days), and driver called me upon arrival. Thank you!

    The moving crew themselves where nice, I had no issue with them other then the fact they showed up an hour late. They did however give up at the end of the move and just placed everything in the garage. They left moving supplies: blankets, dolly and someone else’s glass shelves. They also damaged our bed, the movers took a picture of it. I’ve phoned numerous times about damage repair and sent emails. I always get told they will get back to me but they never do. Absolutely horrible customer service.
