I came to this UPS store to send out some paperwork that needed to be faxed. I unfortunately didn’t catch the names of the two younger employees who assisted me but I can say definitively that I received excellent service. I showed up right as a huge rush came through the door and I watched both employees handle every customer with incredible patience and professionalism while I waited for my fax confirmation to come through. Even the customers who were treating them rudely. They still responded with kindness and I think that speaks volumes. I hope the two guys who worked the closing shift on Monday, April 2 receive praise for their awesome customer service skills!
Looks like system is coming back to normal. While still not getting settlement e-mails, I just started seeing direct deposits from couple of past due invoices from those 2 weeks they were down.. Hooray! While not all circumstances for everyone are the same PLEASE stop shaming down England Logistics. Remember that TRUST is a 2 way street. Don’t get ahead of yourselfs & trash talk someone for having system failures. It’s only been 2 weeks C’mon people I’m sure you’ll get paid!
Fantastic experience all around. From the day we called for an estimate, to the day the mover left at our new house we were extremely satisfied. I would recommend this company again and again. Extremely professional, efficient and transparent. Our movers were great. Andy and Ramon are a dream team.
Larry and the other folks who work here are unfailingly helpful and pleasant. The negative reviews are a complete mystery to me, and must reflect the attitude of the writers, not the attributes of the post office.
