I’ve been to this post office twice now and both times I was in and out, despite sending packages internationally. No other post office, or FedEx for that matter, has come close to helping me as quickly. I didn’t have a problem with customer service but I was slightly bugged by the fact that I was offered tracking for my domestic packages but not the international one. I was just rung up and that was that. It’s not a huge deal though, if I really wanted it, I could have asked. So I plan to use this post office more often.
The delivery of our household goods by Mesa Movers was excellent. It was clear that they were professional, and good at their job. They were careful, helpful, and kept us informed of damage that took place prior to the arrival of our goods in Utah.
Avoid using this business at all costs. They admit the damage but refuse to compensate. They just left without receiving the owner’s signature confirming item shipment.
Mattress has been picked up by ESTES Freight Services on 11/4, however it has not been returned to wallmart. Wallmart is saying, we have not received the item.
Horrible shipping company. I got a notification the my package was delivered. I did not see anyone stop by my apartment and I was sitting by the door. I checked to see where they dropped it off on map. They dropped it another doorstep away from my house. They did not even try to contact to see where I was located and dropped it at the most convenient location for them. Now it is lost.
Ms. Kim who works there is very rude and not customer service oriented at all! I saw her name tag and i absolutely cannot believe she has a leadership position with her horrible attitude. She wouldn’t answer any question i had without getting an attitude! I hope someone reprimands her. Its sad that i get on here and see a comment from just a month ago saying how rude this woman is. I know it’s not just me. Wow.
