    Worst Service Received Ever. We Transported a computer table and few boxes of books. They completely broke the computer table (rather than dismantle) and also tampered the boxes. Kindly never use this parcel service.

    I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Very friendly, efficient and professional: they were punctual to the minute and worked tirelessly, quickly and with great care for our possessions and, even more importantly, for our five small animals who were presumably quite anxious as their cages were transferred into the van. Had to be persuaded to break for coffee and gave us a very reasonable rate for a day’s work, especially compared to some companies which quoted prices approaching £1000. I would recommend them without hesitation as a trustworthy, reliable, reasonably priced and very nice company which made moving day almost a pleasure rather than a chore – something I never thought I would say!

    Terrible Post Office. Avoid unless absolutely necessary. Forced to use self service machines and not a human around in sight to speak to. I had a passport to send for renewal and lady at the till confirmed I wouldn’t be able to speak to anyone and the one guy behind the counter deals with returns and QR codes only. If you have something important, you are better going to a real Post Office with real human beings.

    I have a problem with a delivery because of external factors, and was told by the courier that my items where delivered. Delivered to the wrong person/company and they where extremely rude and not helpful at all (RTT logistics), I phoned one of the customer service agents at DB Schenker and she was helpful, professional and willing to go the extra mile to help me get the issue resolved. My experience with them has always been good.

    This delivery service is slow and does not communicate with each other at all. I ordered food at 6:30 and I still haven’t received it at 9:30.
