Great company. Friendly and professional. Good advise and packing suggestions prior to move.Clear quote up front. Issues with very heavy items and awkward access handled safely. Thanks Patrick and crew.
Beware, they Quote impossibly low then change the price on you! The initial quote was $550, then the day they are supposed to pick up they tell me $1150, then $950, then $750. I told them I would pay $650 and not a penny more. a new contract had to be signed with that number listed as a fixed cost, the car was picked up and moved very quickly without any problems.
The Move itself was okay, but I was very disappointed at the initial quote hooking you into signing a contract that they knew good and well they couldn’t do.
I suggest you do not sign a quote, only a fixed price contract. Once they list the job, no one else can look at doing it! if you get locked in to a quote contract, you are stuck for at least 5 days after the scheduled pickup date. If they don’t pick up within that time then they have to release it.
It is a cut throat business, and there are a ton of people doing it. Once they found a driver for the price though, it was a piece of cake and a good experience.
THEY NEVER DELIVER TO MY STREET LIKE THEY SHOULD. SHE LITERALLY WILL DELIVER TO HALF THE STREET BEFORE THE STOP SIGN AND JUST GO…. WE REPORTED THIS AND THE MANAGER SAID IT WAS OK??? SHE LITERALLY DOES THIS 3 DAYS OUT OF THE WEEK EVERY WEEK LIKE CLOCK WORK! SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIX THIS!
