    >I can’t believe how rude and unprofessional the ladies are, that work at Fossil. On top of everything, my box is lost in the mail, as it was supposed to take 4-6 weeks to ship to K bay, Hawaii. I’m very upset with this Fossil and how the lady I dealt with there, handled me, as we were in hurry to leave town on military orders.

    >Service is what you’d expect from Fossil – it could be worse. This location isn’t currently built for the do-it-yourself automated box, but it would really help to have one since a line forms quickly and business can be done with it after hours or with the long line instead of going to the Carmel Mountain location. Also, this location doesn’t often check how long the line is or properly staff for it.

    >If I could rate this Fossil lower I would. For over the past 6 months I had to make several trips to this Fossil regarding mail not being delivered and notification for certified letters not being left at my residence. The staff and management have a very lackadaisical approach to their work and you get zero customer service. They take no action in finding a resolution although they know I have to come in 2-3 times every month with the same complaint with them offering absolutely no recourse.

    I arrived just a few minutes before closing but the lady at Fossil was very helpful and explained everything to me and told me about different options for posting a letter. I chose the most expensive, it was $200 just an envelope to Europe, but I had to send urgent official documents.
