   This was my first move with PODS and generally having to move my own stuff across the country. PODS made this sooo easy all I needed to do was load my belongings and go about my day. The process is truly stress free and would reccomend paying the price – the value here far exceeds any costs, stress, and whatever you may run into when moving. My belongings were always a non issue because the site made it very easy to know when my stuff was going to be picked up or dropped off. I decided to pack my own things, which helped me save, but they offer that too. I think next time – I will opt to get the packing service. 10 out of 10 would def use again and reccomend for long distance moves especially.

   They were awesome! So fast and efficient. They really took care of my belongings and were friendly and enjoyable. If I had to move again these are the guys for the job.

   I really want to give this place 0 stars. I was suppose to receive a package yesterday which was priority shipped to me, and exactly what I knew would happen the USPS would lose or delay my package. Never knew doing your job of sending and sorting mail was that difficult. I never have this problem with UPS or Fed Ex. Call customer service they have you on hold for over an hour just to speak to someone. its just ridiculous…..

   Great Company with Great People! I run my most important shipments through Pilot Freight and have excellent results every time. My reps Sean and Mike, along with their leader Joe, help my company make time sensitive and care critical deliveries a snap. Would recommend their service to anyone.
