   I ALMOST got scammed long story short dropped a order off at this location around 2:30ish pm and paid for overnight for a customer. Did some extra digging because something in my gut said double check their info and I did turns out they like to scam small businesses sadly. I was in El Cajon when I realized this information at 3pmish so my husband drove us back to the location. Same lady who helped me the first time recognized me and I explained to her what happened she retrieved my package and reimbursed us our money back. Personally best experience I’ve ever had at a Usps location.

   I wanted to thank everyone from you move me. You guys have been exceptional from the first day i called you until the very last day of the move. This entire team has been so helpful. They were fast and efficient from packing to loading the entire condo in one day. They have such good team synergy that everything went so smoothly not even a scratch was made. Even though we ran into a stressful situation concerning building management, they handled the situation extremely well and made the move so much easier for us. Thank you Tiana and team! We will definitely be referring you to family and friends!

   Terrible customer service. Carrier tried to refuse to give me my package after I chased her down. She then says supervisor saidif I have a problem call him. The location number is not listed so therefore have been on hold 2 hrs two days on the 800 number. Every issue I have encountered with this office for the adt two years is never resolved and actually made worse.

   I had the best experience with yf logistics as they delivered my A/C units fast and with courteous service. Santiago Di Santo really helped me as he offered a hefty refund on my units thanks for your help.
