   I would like to add my review from today’s visit to that post office branch. The clerk at the counter made so many rude and uncalled for comments just for a few pieces of scotch tape after spending money to send numerous packages. Buying over $500 in stamp for my daughter’s wedding. Do many business with them and was told today tape is not part of sending a package. I should buy a roll of tape. I went home thank god I live in Fair Lawn very close to the post ofdice and was able to do so but my point is we are bringing business to your branch why can you offer scotch tape that cost 99 cents if not less. That’s embarrassing and the USPS should be ashamed to turn people away for a lousy piece of scotch tape. No wonder they are loosing business. I read another viewer review and she wrote about the same issue. So cheap and rude. Can I also add the numerous times I get other people’s mails in my mailbox but never complain about it. I steady drop the mail off to my neighbor. What was the worst a package came and sat at my house until the neighbor came home after vacation. Service at this PO is horrible

   Counter attendant is at times rude and condescending. They are not understanding about things that are out of your control. Constantly giving lectures about procedures that again have been explained as out of my control. Has tried to tell me packages weren’t there although trackers said they were. Lost a package of mine once, but was helpful in locating it and communicating with me personally for it to be retrieved. Just needs to work on bedside manner when it comes to dealing with customers. Many friends of mine have opted with mailboxes curbside to get away with going into the post office to deal with them.
