    Use FNP to ship parcels and get some packages delivered by them. In my opinion, best courier for international and domestic shipping. Rates are a little high but you get what you pay for. Never had a negative experience with them.

    I have ordered Laptop from Dell, it was delivered to Athlone on 29th of July. However the FNP parcel still hasn’t been delivered. When called FNP in Athlone they told that the package will be delivered on Monday 10th of August. Looking that it was already late over a week, Monday is here parcel still not delivered. Called FNP once more, after 20 minutes of waiting turns out package is lost and blame game is being played. Would not recommend using service at all as now I’m stuck, cannot contact and deliver services to clients due to this unacceptable service from FNP.

    Absolutely terrible company. Waited for 34min on online chat only to be told the system wasn’t updated and couldn’t tell me where my parcel was. FNP left a calling card in my letterbox and not only spelt my name wrong (it was on the parcel??) but said he couldn’t get into the building but he somehow managed to leave a calling card?? Tracking system gave me the courier’s mobile number asking me to text or call them. After 2 text messages over 2 days and no response I called him. He said he doesn’t reply to calls or messages as it’s his personal phone and FNP don’t pay his phone bill so he won’t reply. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING customer service! Started abusing me over the phone so I hung up on him. Today the online system tells me it’s out for delivery today. I called the sender (who are amazing!!) and was told on their system the notes say customer is to pick up from the service centre. Hmmmm don’t remember agreeing to this?? DO NOT use this company unless you want unnecessary delays, rude customer service and to lose customers!! There are better services out there and they don’t deserve to be in business!! I even posted my views on social media with no response. Simply appalling! Worse thing is I still had to give them 1 star when I wanted to give them nothing!!
