   Hi, I’m the receiver for the consignment : MYX1083359919. pls check my parcel as it had been stuck at hub since 3 Dec. I didn’t received any call from dispatch and i didn’t make any request to deliver my parcel in future. kindly check and send update since seller are sent out the parcel on 30 NOV.

   I called to locate a package that stated it was delivered, but was nowhere to be found. I had the unfortunate luck to deal with Katrina who was incredibly rude and impatient when simply trying to locate my package. Turns out the incompetent mail carrier delivered my package to a completely different address in a different zip code even though it was clearly written for another street. USPS needs to train both their mail carriers and customer service agents more effectively because this is not the first time I’ve dealt with this type of behavior and performance, which is unacceptable.

   I cannot say enough great things about this store. They are so professional and go out of their way to help you with any printing/shipping needs or questions.

   This place is trash. Disclaimer: I am NOT referring to the mail man, they do the best they can. I am referring to the employees at the post office itself. They are trash trash trash. Rude & condescending. Unfortunately they are the only USPS in town so I am forced to continue doing business there. I think their other terrible reviews can speak to my opinion.

   I recently relocated to a new state. I wanted to move everything on my own but I figured it would be too much of a hassle and I would miss out on quality time with my family. All Roads Express saved the day! They were able to rent me a truck and trailer, load all of my furniture, boxes, etc., and then unload it all at my new place. The price was fantastic too.
