   We are very happy to have found Assurance Van Lines and their moving services. The customer service was excellent from beginning to end. I filled out a quote form on their website and was called within 24 hours.
   The rep gave me many options to choose from to help me decide which moving date would be best based on our budget. We ended up setting a date for three weeks later. I was able to use a student discount which helped the price stay right in the range I needed.
   There was a high level of professionalism to the movers that also eased my mind about all my things being on the road for a week without my knowing where they are. The movers had me look over a list of my inventory before they left so I can see exactly what I was sending off.
   The truck reached us at the exact time that was established and the movers got right to work. All of our things were there and without scratches or damages.
   This move went as planned all the way around. This company treated us right and handled our move with the professionalism we wanted and expected.

   I really want to give more stars because everyone was very nice but I spent 10 hours from start to finish to do an ac compressor and front moter mounts on my tripac
   I was happy with the service and the work I just feel the process could of probably taken a little less time then that when your the only customer waiting and the place wasn’t a revolving door of loaded reefer’s needing fixed I understand that frieght is more important than an Apu I’m just saying 10 hours was quite a long time to be waiting for a basic repair and I’m a cash customer so no red tape and waiting for po’s
   But I’m still happy they fixed it properly and yes it cost a bit more then a no name repair place but thermo King at least will warranty their work
