    I would say they are doing their best, but it seems like they cannot manage the volume of orders that they receive. When I first started using their service it was great, but it’s been slowly going downhill. The time it takes for packages to be shipped to Jamaica varies. They have delays often now. All of my packages have been delivered to me except one which they lost- and then found weeks later. By that time they had already repurchased it and provided me with the new one. Luckily it was something generic from amazon. If it were of a more personal nature, I would have had much worse things to say.
    Sometimes it takes days/weeks for them to register your package into the Miami warehouse system after it’s been delivered. This is extremely annoying and is increasingly common. Sometimes when I query the status of my package after I find out it was delivered, they’ll give a generic excuse such as Usps falsely marked the item as delivered. When we receive the package, we will update the status. Even though the package is sitting at the warehouse. I know this because I queried the location of my package once (that had been marked delivered for 5 days) and received that generic response- then two hours later my package was logged into the system lol. Based on the comments on their social media, packages being received but not being registered for days is a common issue.
    Customer service is hit or miss. They almost never answer their phones at the Village Plaza location but they do, however, respond in the virtual chat section of their website VERY quickly. And the service is good there.
    They are expensive- you will be paying over $1000 for 1lb (even when the package isn’t really a lb) while other companies charge half of that. Considering all that I’ve written above I will be searching for another company to use. Another shipping company has opened up adjacent to Village Plaza so I think I will be checking out that one.

    It’s been full twoo weeks now since I’ve been waiting for my parcel…. When I call am told to wait they will check for me… Or they don’t pick my calls at all. Am really disappointed
