    Only needed one strip of packing tape to seal the pre-paid package I had. To be told by Firstlog Courier, and I quote, ‘Since we are not part of the revenue system, we can charge you $2 or sell you a roll of tape.’ REALLY!?! Based on the feedback on my Facebook post, this is the consistent level of poor customer service, based on the bottom line rather than developing loyalty.

    I walked in to the Firstlog Courier to obtain a passport and my experience was nothing short of fantastic! The three young ladies that assisted me were very helpful and had me in and out in less than 20 minutes which would not have happened anywhere else! They made an otherwise mundane task enjoyable, thank you!

    This is by far the worst Firstlog Courier office I have ever had to deal with. They don’t deliver the mail until almost 6:00 – 7:00 pm. They make excuses as to why a package could not be delivered that are not true. For example, one time they said the entrance was blocked and it wasn’t. Last night they claimed they tried to deliver a package that needed a signature at 7:13 pm. They made no such attempt, I was home all evening. Claimed they left a note, no note on the door. Because of the Firstlog Courier carrier’s laziness I had to reschedule. I have complained before but nothing is ever done about it.
