   Since they change administration service is horrible, also not answers at all. I send a package on the 8th of December. I follow up with the person at the store because the tracking haven’t move for a whole week… they were supposed to call me back yesterday before 6pm but they never called me. Offcourse today the store is close and my box still missing after 3 weeks. The past administration used to deliver in 4 o 5 dias and they were always willing to help and solve the problems with the deliveries. I will never go back to this store, second time this happens to me, more that enough give them a second chance.

   Just finished part 1 of a 2-part move. Had a 2-man packing crew on day 1, and a 4-man moving crew on day 2 for a full 24′ truck. Both crews had friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient crews and leaders (Rodney day 1, Ebrahim day 2).
   Great job taking apart and reassembling furniture. Hard working crews!

   Jarvis, Kayvon, and Raysean did a fantastic job moving my furniture, big and small, from Cville to Richmond! They moved a piano and a large metal desk into a pretty small space without causing any disrepair. They took care to protect my property and were extremely professional. Absolutely would use this team again!

   Krystal went above and beyond in helping me find the most economical way to send my package to family back home. I would definitely recommend this location due to their friendliness and efficiency.
