Worst delivery company by far! Anytime a package is being delivered from First Air Cargo, arrives 2+ weeks later than I’m originally told. You can’t get a hold of anyone. They don’t give you proper updates like UPS or FEDEX. Come on, learn to run your company better, it’s ridiculous how many packages have arrived super late! So frustrating!

Was in and out of First Air Cargo in about an hour, sign says back in, but means pull in and back into the staging area, really confusing when you pull up. They load heavy so be prepared to do adjustments.

Editing and adding a star or two, definitely not perfect service from First Air Cargo, very few updates, took it 48 hours to get from Chino California to SLC UT, which is about a 9 hour drive, there may have been stops in that time but we’ll never know because they don’t update their tracking, which is reason #1 why there isn’t more stars. I called customer service to figure out what’s going on, and after an hour wait, the girl I talked to sounded bored and uninterested. I’ve worked call centers before and I know she probably was bored and uninterested, but in the customer service world, that’s a no-no. She wasn’t very helpful as there was no tracking to follow so she couldn’t tell me where the package was, just somewhere between California and Utah… I had already assumed that. So after a long day of anxiety my daughter just told me it’s been delivered and is safe and sound. Which is why I added stars. Thanks, I guess.

I, as well as the majority of my neighbors continuously receive other residents’ mail from First Air Cargo, which we exchange.
I’ve complained in writing and in person to the First Air Cargo office innumerable times over the past 10 years. Nothing has been done to improve the situation.
