   Good evening,

   I have just found out you guys have delivered my parcel to the wrong address and I have never received it. Dai post have informed me saying you delivered it to Blackburn Rd when my parcel should of been delivered to unit Blackburn Rd. I’m quite furious as I have my 40th been and gone and it was a dress that I was going to wear for my 40th. I paid for it and have never received it. I’m so angry and frustrated. Because of that I had to spend my 6 year anniversary looking for another dress to wear to my 40th. I have wasted $70 for something I didn’t receive and placed an order last month. It’s absolutely disgraceful

   I still have not received my order from Direct Vapor. I tried to track it, but it’s coming up as a 404 error. I ordered on the 16th of July.

   They don’t even call you and put status that the premises is closed
   Not a single call received from delivery service
   Very very bas service
   Pathetic Support

   Moving can be stressful so dealing with an efficient and responsive company like Best London Removals makes all the difference. They were prompt and clear in answering questions and providing feedback in the run up to my move. On move day the team arrived exactly as scheduled and were polite, helpful and careful in handling the goods and furniture.

   Delivery not done even after 5 days. Daily got message that your item will be delivered today and at evening they mention that address is not found. No phone call no message. Finally I’d to cancel the order. Ghatiya service….jab kaam hi nhi krna to franchisee kyun leli.
