    Paid for 2 day delivery with Filex Cargo only for it to show up 9 days later then the package is scanned delivered and is nowhere to be found first and last time I use Filex Cargo I hope this place goes bankrupt sick and tired of these companies offering services and charging for services that they can’t provide or honor. Legal theft is all I see when I look at a Filex Cargo truck.

    Had a birthday present delivered to my home by Filex Cargo (Over 1 week late) with an additional item saying that I owed additional postage on it. I go in to figure this out as I had not ordered the package (it was sent by a friend) and I was told by a worker that it was not supposed to be delivered and that if I wouldn’t have come in, no one would have known about the extra fee. And then the worker wouldn’t give my package back without me paying it. Why should I have to pay for the mistakes of others? I was trying to be an honest person and was confused about why I am being charged and all I got was a rude older man who told me I’ve already explained this to you” and having to pay for a package that was sent to me and was delivered over a week late. TERRIBLE service.”
