Best moving company I have EVER seen. Professional, took extreme care with my things, packed and organized them extremely neat, very polite and easy to work with, reasonable prices, they go the extra mile in every single area. Our realtor was so amazed by how fast, organized, efficient and careful they were.
I had 6 packages “out for delivery” yesterday morning 7:30 ish. At 8:00 pm ish I re-tracked 1 of them and it stated:” package being held at ponchatoula post office at customer request “. As I tracked the rest of them, it repeatedly said they were being held. I did not ever ask for packages to be held. I was waiting all day and never saw mail person. In fact I did not receive any mail yesterday. I’m still waiting and hoping today…. Unacceptable
I needed to be at home in order to receive a package delivered by this location. I rescheduled the delivery to be on a Saturday since I work during the weekday, and they disregarded the scheduled date and tried redelivering another weekday while I was at work. So then I miss work to try to pick up the package while at home, and they don’t even ring my buzzer – I had to check downstairs after waiting all day to see that they put a fail to deliver sign at my door despite waiting the entire time. So then I miss MORE work to go physically pick it up during business hours – three times, they were closed (Monday at 1pm, Wednesday at 10am, and Friday at 3pm). Now my package is being returned due to a failure to deliver. I just wanted pretty clothes from an online store.
I had ordered multiple items for Christmas that were shipping through USPS. There was an error with my building address that we weren’t aware of. After realizing that my packages were getting returned to send, I panicked. I called and spoke with Tyler who is the supervisor filling in and he did what I would consider everything he could to correct our issue. I got my packages! I wanted to recognize him. It would have been extremely difficult to figure out what I was missing and call each place and explain what is going on and have them resend my items. He made the situation a lot less stressful than it could have been!
