    Super fast response from FFC Courier. Very efficient and the staff were all very professional. Very punctual – showed up 5 min before 9am. The movers were fast but careful with all the boxes. Nothing was broken or misplaced. Very smooth. I would recommend and use again. Thank you.

The entire team was polite, professional, thoughtful and patient throughout the long day of moving many large items from a large house, carefully disassembling and reassembling several pieces of furniture.     I just wonder whether we have an option to choose 0 stars for FFC Courier.
    I ordered a few items from Uniqlo, and according to the website and the receptionist, the parcel has been delivered last Thursday and dropped at the building main door. I talked to my building manager the next day who confirmed no parcels for the past few days had appeared at the front main door. I also checked my incoming call history and there are no suspicious numbers coming – you can check with Telstra. The irresponsible FFC driver dropped the parcel at a place which is unknown without notifying me to obtain consent. This is absolutely very bad manner and very unprofessional.

    Worst response and no proper delivery from FFC Courier. I am a regular user of Porter. Uncle delivery calls and asks orders so I book sometimes. Every time there will be one or the other problems. Better to rely on Porter.
