Joe and his team of Mitch, Jose and Matt did a terrific job of moving me from Denver to Keystone. They were very careful with our items, and it helped that they knew how to work with our high-rise building’s administration. Hard workers!

As the majority of other reviews conveyed, customer service at this location is abysmal compared to other in the area. The lazy employees fit the negative images of gov workers: slow, rude, and incompetent in addition to having poor communication skills (most speak unintelligible English). These people normally wouldn’t make the cut working for McDoodle let alone the Feds. Part of the indifference comes from bureaucratic mismanagement and a work culture with little or no accountability whatsoever, which perpetuates substandard service and proper maintenance of the facility. Colored people often get treated like second class citizens. This is why there is an online customer service survey here after each transaction.

Pickup was good, but be warned that North American Van Lines has a driver shortage. Our items have been idle in Saint Louis, MO for nearly 3 weeks. They do not pay for delayed compensation if your shipment is under 3,500 pounds and do not provide accurate status updates. Definitely encourage you to shop around elsewhere.

Overall a completely unprofessional and stressful process. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
    The packing crew:
They were late by 2 hours. I received no phone call from the company providing an update of time or anything. Once they arrived the supervisor immediately began giving excuses for being late and started complaining about the work hours that he has to do. They were completely unprofessional and at one point talked with my neighbor about buying a scooter while they were packing my things. A lot of my stuff was packed incorrectly and were cracked, broken, or bent, all from failing to properly pack and secure my things.
    The loading crew:
I found out from the packing crew that they hadn’t even assigned a loading crew, truck, or driver even though I had this scheduled months in advance. I was never told a time they were to arrive even when I called the office they explained they should be there about an hour after the packing crew left. 4 hours later they arrived. The dispatcher called and complained because I was not present when the truck arrived, I left to get dinner and when I explained to him that I had waited for hours he hung up the phone on me. The crew complained about their hours once again. Dropped 4 of my boxes. Didn’t box my mattress or box spring when I asked them to, they said they didn’t have one and said they wouldn’t disassemble any of my things after it leaves my house. My bike and table was broken down further after it left my house. I was not told that after the truck was loaded that it would be offloaded and packed into shipping containers. When they did that, they did a poor job of loading it. Many of the boxes were crushed, split open, or wet. They folded my mattress and put my furniture into the containers with little to no cushion. By the way I found my mattress and box spring boxes, that they forgot, folded in one of the crates. Bottom line, they obviously did not care about my things and it showed when I unpacked.
I will be filing a claim… This made my military move from VA to CA much more stressful.
