    HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! DOES ANYONE EVEN WORK HERE??!! THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE FEDERALLY RUN AND YOU CAN’T EVEN COUNT ON YOUR PACKAGE MAKING IT TO YOU IF IT’S COMING THROUGH THIS FACILITY. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

    I had a horrible experience with A Plus Moving Solutions! I found out the woman I spoke with was a broker and worked with Pro Smart Movers. A Plus Moving scammed me and Pro Smart was able to to help me out with moving expenses on top of moving very last minute. Greg and Marco did a wonderful job packing and moving all of my belongings into their truck. They are very professional and if I were in charge of raises I would give it to them! They were awesome. Ask for Greg and Marco!
    *UPDATE*
    They had another company bring my belongings and I’m missing a lot of my things. My mattress also came damaged along with a few glasses and damaged nightstand. They won’t even at least compensate me for that. They ask you for receipts of pricing from missing items, but I don’t have those receipts because it’s from years ago. It sucks. I can’t even put up my coffee table, because I’m missing the legs to it. Then I had to get a whole new mount for my TV, because I was missing pieces to that. In then end I know these things are materialistic, but I worked hard to get these things. I pay all this money to ship plus tipping for me to not even have everything.

    Professional movers. Great customer service. The movers said they will also pack our things for us, but they lacked packing supplies (boxes/tapes). It would have been better if this was communicated earlier.
