   We had a very positive experience with the Swiftshift team from the initial survey through to the move itself. The team arrived on time , were very professional throughout the day and were very easy to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Swiftshift in the future!

   Worst company ever!!!!! The delivery guy/girl did not attempt to contact me physically to let me know my order was there. I have family who works from home and were there all day to receive a parcel that I am now finding out was just thrown in the middle of the hall with no proper indication it was there. My family nor I for that matter got a call or knock or even a ring on the doorbell to say my package has arrived. You guys are aware that other tenants live in the building and should know it should be an obligation and duty to notify your customers as to when the parcel is there. Let alone leave it at the front of the door. The Front door of the apartment was made open during the day, so why couldn’t you have taken the precautious measure to deliver the parcel to my apartment door? It was purposely left on the address as to which apartment to go to. I am truly devasted and disappointed by the service that was provided by UniUni and I am requesting you refund me for my lost package that was supposed to be under your care.

   The Zoom removalists did a great job with my recent removal, even completing it in half the time I had estimated. Quick, friendly, hassle free and careful. I would recommend to others. Thanks a lot 🙂
