   Excellent experience with Best American Movers CALLC . They saved me time and took great care of my belongings at each stage. They were on time, efficient, communicative, and careful. Andrey often asked what he might do to make things easier on me, as I used to be tearful regarding moving after ten years. The move was smooth, easy, and inside the time-frame.

   We used Stewart moving to pack some of our items and then move others to a local storage unit. The packers were very nice, and seemed efficient and knowledgeable. The problem I have is with the person that estimated the cost for our move. I think his name was Steve. He underestimated the cost by about 35%!,, We had him out to our house, and we actually overestimated how much we wanted to have them pack up and move. In the end, we packed up many more boxes ourselves, but yet the packing cost still came out higher than his estimate. The worst part was moving day. The groups that came out counted the boxes packed up and gave an even higher number! This was ridiculous and repetitive. Because all the boxes, including the ones my husband and I packed, had their labels on them, I think they included more than they actually packed. Steve also underestimated the time it would take to move our items on moving day… the move ended up costing us ALOT more (a shopping 35%! OUCH) than we expected, and it was because Stewart moving underestimates on their quote. They KNEW we had a piano, and the guys had no idea how to get it out of the house. I thought for sure they would break the piano or injure themselves… I couldn’t even look after they made several unsuccessful attempts. We will never use them in the future. We learned a lesson; get a FIRM estimate AND a maximum surplus amount as to how much more the move can cost if they do need extra time, boxes, etc. to complete your move!! They are NOT cheap either! $250/ hour, so every extra minute really adds up. My advice- stay clear of Stewart Moving!!!

   Rushed and packed things poorly, loaded truck poorly and threw things into truck. Unloaded was a disaster, found things were broken without my knowledge, bookcase, mirror and vase. Stole my brand new waffle maker as well as my soundbar. Demarcus and Anthony were my movers. Be weary! Take pictures, you will most certainly need to file a claim.
