    Just amazing! Everyone was super friendly, and it was bonkers to see how fast they worked. Stairhopper made the 9/1 move significantly less painful. The only moving company I’ll ever use!

    Today I had a TERRIBLE experience at this location. I came in to mail a pair of shoes. I apparently had the wrong box for my shipping label, totally fine and understandable, it happens. Normally, an employee would explain nicely what the issue was but not at this location. An employee, Jasmine was her name, was very rude about the whole situation and when I didn’t understand why it was the incorrect box, she proceeded to explain in a very condescending way and had an attitude the entire time. The rest of the employees just sat back and watched her treat me with disrespect as she berated me for having the wrong box. VERY DISAPPOINTED and WILL NOT be coming back to this location.

    I CALLED 6 TIMES, NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. THEY JUST PICKUP AND HUNG UP.
    THE REVIEWS ARE SO BAD ABOUT THIS POST OFFICE. I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS. THIS SHOULD BE IN THE GUINNESS RECORD!.

    The young African American male is the best. He should be commended highly. I was frustrated for being turned away for shipping and item that was 100 lbs at the location on hwy 67. I was in tears! It was hot and I was on the verge of a breakdown! He saved the day!!! I just hope his boss didn’t give him the blues for helping me cause I coul clearly see he didn’t want this young man to help me out with this however, this young man found a box big enough to get my item shipped. THERE IS A SIGN IN EACH UPS STORE THAT SAYS BIG OR SMALL WE SHIP IT ALL!. This isn’t true at all locations. They want to only deal with what’s easy…ie: small HAND held packages. The worst problem is they’re individually owned…franchised! So that means it they don’t want to handle a large package (they’re supposed to ship up to 150lbs) they can and will refuse to…not unless you get a stellar employee at the location who is willing to go above and beyond.!!! THANKS A MILLION!!!
