    I ordered from Winnipeg overnight with Fastway Couriers, arrived in Kelowna the next morning at 8:30am. It sat there all week. Tracking said would be delivered Wed, then Thurs, Fri. On phone several times. App would not allow me to change to pickup at the airport location. On Monday following I was told it was not overnight delivery or I would have it by now, and it was turned over to Canada Post that day. Called local Fastway Couriers office they did not have it. The tracking said it had been turned over to a different address. I was never called. Wednesday I called back, 4th time, was told it was delivered to local Oyama post office on Tuesday. Again I was never notified. Absolutely the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. Horrible auto attendant when I tried to call. Kept asking for Customer Service, 10 or so times before the system would relent and give me an agent. And I still paid for overnight service. Only a week+ to get. Issue was the Kelowna delivery shop. Pretty embarrassing for Fastway Couriers Corporate!

    Fastway Couriers has provided my family and I the absolute best moving experience possible. The scheduling coordinator that took our call was super nice and cordial. Then, on the date of my family’s move, two Fastway Couriers reps named Daniel and Perry arrived on time and ready to work. They efficiently moved the furniture items (with no damage). If you want GREAT customer service, professional office and field personnel, and a great efficient moving experience, then I HIGHLY recommend Fastway Couriers!
