    Ron and his team were absolutely fantastic in supporting a pack, move and unload of our 3 story home as we downsized to an apartment. Ron was very professional, proactive in reaching out and identifying ways his team could support us, and immediately responsive to any questions. His team worked with energy and enthusiasm throughout the two day process. He even tried to help us find reusable boxes to save us cost in the process.     We have moved a few times in our career and In think Bekins was our mover everytime. We moved with a major retailer 3 times, and had good results on each move. This last move was on our dime and was to me a bit complex. but I must say that our carrier worked with us to get our move done on a planned schedule that met our needs and hit each deadline perfectly.
    As we have been unpacking for a month now, we have come across a minimal amount of damage, and I like the fact that they allow adequate time to file any claim for loss.
    I don’t see another move in our future, but if there was to be one, I would definitely be calling Bekins.

    Most of the 1 star comments in here are racially motivated. I didn’t have any problem with them. I only saw nice black people working fairly. Loaded 10 minutes before my appointment.

    We had a small move, only a handful of heavy furniture, and a couple dozen boxes, but Chaz and Jose were extremely efficient. More importantly, they protected our furniture extremely well and quickly re-assembled our bed. Having moved a dozen times in the last 20 years, this is the 1st time I experienced flawless execution.
