   I must completely disagree with the negative reviews. Stephanie and Michael Coto have always provided outstanding and friendly service. I’m always greeted with a smile and by name when I enter. I recommend this UPS store without hesitation.

   The staff is as bland as the service at this location im here to brimg awareness to the fact that sending a package at this location is about as hard as getting accepted to yale and almost as expensive

   If I could give this place a zero, I would. The staff is incredibly rude. It has been 6 days since we’ve gotten any mail. We come to this location to see why/pick up our mail. We’re instantly dismissed and told we will receive our mail today on delivery. Low and behold, no mail was delivered today AGAIN.

   I’ve been here several times, and the staff have been exceptionally kind and helpful. Shout out to Stacey who went out of her way to help me ship an important package today after another branch had refused shipment because of the packaging (the wrong kind of USPS box, apparently). Thank you for saving the day!

   If you like “lost” packages that never make their way to you even after tracking shows that it arrived at this post office, then this is the place for you! Don’t expect the employees to be of any help either!

   We used Baier Transport for the first time last year after having a bad experience with another transport company.
   Through the challenges of the pandemic, our car was transported from SW Florida to Southern MA without incident.
   We will use Baier Transport this year, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
