    I am very disappointed in Fashion Nova – I placed an order a month ago. The tracking info states that it would be delivered on October 30th and then it said November 4th and I have yet to receive it!     I ordered 2 dresses this morning, used the code SPRINGTIME. I ordered 2 more dresses this afternoon, used the code, got the discount and a confirmation. I went back to my email to check if I got a confirmation for the morning order and I did not. So, I reordered the dresses from the morning order, received the discount and got a confirmation. All good. However, I checked my credit card and I had, in fact been charged for this morning’s order. How can I cancel the order for which I did not get a confirmation, but was charged? Thanks.

    junk we had a problem with a carrier and this guy armando supervisor left me waiting and never arrive and call me (mijo) in shpanish while i was explained to what happened and also told me in Spanish that he will send me un (carterito) the worst attitude I’ve ever seen, horrible service from this guy.

    If I could give negative stars, I WOULD! My packages and mail have been misdelivered and lost since I moved to my current address and the house is NOT NEW and when I called the post office directly, they lacked common knowledge to trace a package! Promised to return my calls and didn’t. I wonder how these people keep their jobs when these nice people who have received my mail has been delivering it for them! And the worse part is that there is still missing packages and mail that people have kept! Filed a complaint with the inspector generals office. Everyone who has a complaint should do that as well, maybe they could turn this crapshoot around
