   Shocking!!! Been home all day waiting for this damn package and guess what? NO PACKAGE! Peoples time is not for free! Why send tracking details when it means absolutely nothing. Do Not Use this company!

   Booked the Removal truck for 12pm and it finally arrived at 6pm. Due to some mishap with other movers we had guys arrive at our house in Auckland from Kaitia and they were not happy! We had to pay 2 extra men $80 each and it was not even our problem that they were running so late! The guys were drinking beers (which I see from reviews on other sites that this is common practise with AA Carrier movers!) our kids had to hold torches (for 3hrs!) into their truck for them to see as they were not provided lighting. I highly recommend not using this company to move…they are cheap for a reason and in the end they make their additional money by sending extra people. I actually felt sorry for the removal guys as they said they had also been stuffed around by the company for having had to drive down from Kaitia at night to move us from one side of Auckland to another! We have had no explanation or apology.

   Worse shipping company that I have ever dealt with. Item is dropped on the middle of the sidewalk and not even near the building door. My girlfriend was alone and asked for the two movers to help place it closer to the door, they responded that it’s not their problem.
   Worse customer service on the phone with an employee named Roxanne R, very rude and no support. Please review your standards if you want to remain competitive in the today’s shipping business.
