    On Demand was prompt, showed up right on time almost on the dot. The guys that helped us move were super nice, just a really professional, pleasant group of workers. I would happily recommend them to friends and family and use them again myself. They packed everything up with ease, wrapped all of our furniture, were able to get a really heavy dresser down from our second floor without it even touching a wall. Unpacking was even easier, they asked us where I wanted every piece of furniture, were jovial and just pleasant. I expected there to be hidden fees, nope in fact they finished early so the price was less than what was quoted. Honestly, there are a couple bad reviews here you can completely ignore them, these are the movers you’re looking for.

    Went in this morning to set up a mailbox. Don the manager was in my opinion very rude, unprofessional and threatening. I cannot believe how I was screamed at by him and then him and Sarah both refused to give me information for his manager, the owner or the corporate office. I did find that information on my own however and had a great conversation with Terry the owner in addition to filling a complaint with the corporate office. The best part is Don who is clearly unaware of how the real word works had the nerve to call the cops on me…needless to say when they showed up the could clearly see who was in the wrong which was Don and not I. Sad he thinks he can waste their time and our money. I now realize this store doesn’t deserve my business, do they deserve yours?
    I wish I would of read the comments/reviews before I went here. Seems to me that Don (the manager) has some real rage issues and that this is a habitual problem. I would steer clear unless your looking for a bar like brawl environment.
    >>>response: your customers can easily look at the other reviews here to decifer the truth. When the police arrived they quickly saw through the BS as I’m sure your customers will. As a business owner myself I see what your trying to do here and assure you, your customers are smarter then you think. Your attempt at muddying the water isn’t going to change anything.
