   Had package claimed to be delivered twice with no package. The post office employee just shrugged and said they didn’t know where it was….seriously horrible customer service

   They are NOT Identico for Florida. Asked 10xs before I went and was assured so. Wound up paying twice as much for the process that needed. CALLED to rectify and they said sorry but no remedy. What a scam.

   Instead of making it clear that your package could be delivered late due to complications, they proceed to lie to you and say your package will arrive today. Even if it’s several days of lies in a row

   So far they have treated me very well and I’m still on temp status!!!!! My supervisors are very very nice and they seem to care about their positions. They have respected me and worked with me every step of the way…..couldn’t ask for an easier job honestly besides a desk job Lol.

   Wow, shocked to see negative reviews. The staff was friendly and their level of patience for each customer was superb. Pat was extremely helpful in my 5 returns, along with the other young man. Thankfully, they saved me a trip across town because they were willing to make time for me, their customer! 5 star rating deserved.

   George and his team were very conscientious and attentive and when we wanted to try out other furniture arrangements at our new house the were very friendly and flexible about it. Really impressed with them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

   Horrible customer service. They think they are doing you a favor. If you want to be abused go to this P.Office. No wonder they are bankrupt.
