   Sad to say I need to warn others about unprofessional practices for this company. My experience started off fine. Unfortunately the service at my final destination was not so good. I am still waiting for delivery of a wing back chair that was mot taken off the truck during the move since May! I suppose small claims court is my only recourse. They hired local workers to unload and totally didn’t care about putting boxes in the right rooms. Then tried to charge me more than original agreed upon price.
   Come on Apex make this right!!

   Crooked Company. They try to sell their loads on Brooker side first, then they expect you to pick up load late if they could not sell it, drive all night and still get it there ontime after waiting all day to get dispatched.

   Rude drivers with no manners they should really look into who they hire for their company I wish I could give them zero but they don’t have that option

   The driver was amazing! When he couldn’t find the apartment (it’s definitely a tricky place to find), he called me and listened to my instructions and found it quickly! He then helped me get the two large boxes up the stairs, which I would not have been able to do on my own. He was courteous and friendly through the whole process! If all the drivers for this company are like he is, then this is a terrific company!

   The Staff is very friendly and always pleasure to work with & very helpful. I always go to this store for sending package, drop off or to notary . Never had to wait long or hassle. I would definitely recommend this store.
