Tried EUSA Freight for the first time, crew were on time, respectful, clean, organized and did a great job on a complicated pack and move job where portions of a large 5 b/b home were being relocated to 3 different locations. Crew worked extra to complete the job in a single day.
Twice now I have had two parcels go missing with EUSA Freight despite getting an email to tell me that the items have been delivered and signed for!!!! Thank god I have CCTV to prove no delivery took place.
Terrible… EUSA Freight staff unhelpful… don’t return calls. Have been waiting for my delivery 3 weeks now… they still haven’t delivered although they have promised me 3 times and then not delivered.

We had to move in the middle of circuit breaker, the EUSA FREIGHT team was well trained, polite and very efficient. Nothing was broken, everything intact. Job was done in less time than anticipated which was a bonus. We forgot to fix the washing machine pipe, the team returned the next day and sorted it out. Very very satisfied customer and will not hesitate to give my reference.

Now EUSA Freight is the operator of this CFS, they are providing best service, staff is very co-operative and Management is very supportive.
Usually not an issue with deliveries but the recent EUSA Freight driver I had was lying. On top when trying to escalate, an agent on live chat was condescending and didn’t listen to anything I said, and then an agent on the phone rudely hangs up even though you talk to them calmly and explain your situation. Ugh -.-
