   I would like to receive professional and correct assistance to find a shipment from Bulgaria to Germany and return it to the sender.

   The shipment was sent from Bulgaria on 23.05.22, was at a depot in Germany until 17.06.22, during which time the recipient was not searched for, and no note was left at his address. EURODIS Tracking Code: 7490060352471.

   Returned via Budapest(!?), from 22.06.22. in Romania – so far according to your company’s information. Undelivered without explanation and not returned at the moment – is it possible that the image of your company does not matter to you?

   1/3 Ref.-Nr. (010-29387919) and 3/3 Ref.-Nr. (010-29387921) the package has arrived.
   Package 2/3 is missing. probably with Ref. -No. (010-29387920). But I paid in full. Please let me know where my second package is.

   Great communication from the entire team! The movers that came were very careful with all my belongings, they wrapped everything they could and were careful about what was stacked where in the container. Paperwork and set up was a breeze. Awesome work guys!

    Forgot the weekend I pick was memorial weekend. I just needed help moving furniture into my truck. Betensh responded quickly to my yelp request, made it very easy to get a quote and make a reservation. The movers were right on time made it look effortless in moving the heavy furniture without a scratch going down a tight staircase. It took them about 35 minutes to get everything I needed done. Minimum was 2 hours and I had no problem paying that for their help. I would choose this company again with all my moving needs with out any hesitation!!!

    Service sucks, no one answers phone, and when going in there personally sucked because they had less info in front of them then what their website could tell me. Then when package was suppose to be delivered finally, there was no attempt at doing so as they falsely posted they attempted to deliver and a slip for pick up was left in my mailbox. I have nothing in mailbox. Like I said service sucks at the office and the drivers!
