   Employees are very polite and ready to help. They even repacked my package for me because they fear that it will get damaged. I was very thankful as other post office would have just refused and send me back

   This is just an awesome shop! Not just a friendly post office but a general diy store. The practical advice and friendly service is lovely.

   If I could give no stars I would. Customer service is non existent. Rude staff on the phones. Over worked delivery drivers who get the brunt of customers who aren’t impressed.
   When I pay for Same Day Delivery – guess what, I want and expect Same Day delivery. Not delivery 3 days later.
   I am still waiting on a parcel of perishable items that was meant to turn up between 9am and 3pm on Monday 11th June it’s now Tuesday 12th June, in the evening with no sign of the parcel. I called 4 times this afternoon asking where the item is, got fobbed off with rude staff who don’t want to be there, also had them hang up on me too. Lots of staff laughing and having fun in the background though; having drinks in the afternoon is more important than helping customers it seems.
   Never use them. Useless service. Hopeless customer service. Takes well over 4 minutes before they will answer the phones.
   Update: On Wednesday afternoon the item finally turned up, late.
   Today – Friday they are claiming to the company I ordered from that I am a liar and that that items arrived before they actually did. I have 2 other witnesses corroborating my story, but I’m somehow the liar? Tracking says it was delivered Tuesday night, but parcel was definitely not on site then!
