    The perfect example of what a company should NOT be. First, I ordered two shirts from the NYT store. I received one and received NO communication about the fact that I would not be getting the second shirt. More importantly, they did not even refund me until I reached out to them and when I asked what happened they just told me it was sold out. I then initiated a refund with them for the shirt I had received because I did not like the quality. It has been well over month since I shipped out the product and still no refund. Globalshopex – the only way to describe your customer service is: complete trash. Avoid at all costs.

    They said they delivered and we know better our surveillance camera said that they haven’t been here they ain’t nothing but liars . Call customer service and they don’t do nothing but lie I would not use them again

    I’ve been using UPS stores in general for ~20 years and visiting this particular store for several years. The staff are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve used their printing services, their packing services and their shipping many, many times. I’ve seen them go out of their way to make sure customers don’t make mistakes.
    In my opinion, they’re pretty incredible. I wish I had half their patience!

    0 stars. Hopefully someone sees this that is high up because this is just ridiculous. My package was shipped out on March 12 and arrived here, never said departed post office on tracking and still has been in transit for over 8 days now and no updates. No one answers the phone. I’d rather drive the package to the person if I knew it would be taking over 10 days and still no update or answer i can’t express how mad I am with USPS and will now be using ups and fed ex for the rest of my life. They have to be stealing the packages there if this is happening to so many other people too, never had an issue with USPS untill this location
