    Top Notch Thieves!!!
I saw the box labeled XBOX go on the Ethiopian Airlines truck. I actually made a comment about it when I saw it loaded. Unfortunately that box didn’t make it into my condo.
One would expect the moving company to assume some level of responsibility for my belongings until those belongings are fully delivered. That’s not the case. Ethiopian Airlines’s unprofessional response to my stolen item is that a pedestrian could have stolen that box while the movers were unloading. I’m not making that up. That’s what they said.
The bottom line: Inventory your own items and don’t let them drive away until you verify your own inventory!

The worst Ethiopian Airlines service I’ve ever had. Rude and unprofessional. Tried to charge for an Amazon return that Amazon said I shouldn’t have paid anything for. Do not go here.

My customer service experience was so terrible with Ethiopian Airlines that I did not use them to move. I set up an appointment for one day. The surveyor arrived the day before, and called since I wasn’t home. I was able to arrange for my neighbor to go meet him at my house. Although several emails were exchanged about items in the upstairs and basement not being moved, they were included in the estimate. Not to mention that if I wanted my items to arrive on a specific day and not anytime within a 10 day window, I would have to pay hundreds of dollars more.
This was a pre-sale experience. I’m horrified to think what the experience of dishing out money and allowing this company to be responsible for my belongings would look like. I had a much better, customer-centric experience with a competitor and will be using them on my long-haul move.
