   A carrier was supposed to deliver my package yesterday but never came . I waited all day!!! I went to the post office 2 times and was told it was going to be re-delivered after they said they didn’t know where it was. I was told that the carrier delivered it at 12 noon but that is a lie because I was waiting . He never knocked. I called numerous times and no one picked up. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I even spoke to the supervisor who told me that she contacted the carrier and he would re deliver it but she lied too. THEY NEED TO SHUT DOWN THIS LOCATION !!!

   After receiving multiple bids to move my car from Tucson to Seattle, I receieved consistent updates and FAQ’s from Ivan Castenada and eventually chose Mercury. From that point on, the contract was electronic and quick, and the search began. I recieved daily updates from Alex up through the pick up the car. I then had June reach out to follow-up once the car was on the way. It arrived exactly when they said it would and again they reached out to make sure everything was good to go. I would highly recommend Mercury and Ivan with your car moving needs.

   First, Brita was a true professional and thorough salesperson. She listened, was detailed and precise with her cost estimate. Next, on the days of the move and unload – Keith led a crew that included Danyel, Matt, Alexander and Alfredo that were fun, funny, polite, hard-working, neat, considerate, respectful, super careful, professional, and they moved all of our things, including a baby grand piano with absolutely no damage to our belongings or either house [not one scratch, scuff mark – nothing]. It was the smoothest long-distance move I’ve ever had. I would recommend Wirks to anyone over the big guys – they were much more cost effective – but just better overall. They took exceptional care of us from start to finish with no surprise charges at the end.
