ESL Shipping delivered our recent IKEA order on time and with care. The delivery driver was positive even though working on a public holiday and his happy disposition made the interaction a great experience.

Have used ESL Shipping a few times and they were fantastic. Pricing was excellent, customer service and communication. Had jobs Mt Claremont to Claremont and St James all the way to Golden Bay and still cost effective. Highly recommend this company. Responsive to messages and good communication.

Not responsible, I received my bike with all damages and ESL Shipping are not repaired. Even they are responsible for damage. Don’t choose this transport for any kind of services. Better to chose any other transport company. I am going to file a case in police station on this transport company.

The staff are so rude and miserable in their dealings with customers that ESL Shipping has become ‘infamous’ for it locally – I’ve been in a workshop where they were mentioned and everyone had heard of them.

The hours are 100% of my score. It’s very frustrating to have had a building fire Feb 2nd and have to arrange a way to get to ESL Shipping in time. It’s a 90min walk or two buses. Additionally if I were to wait for a car I can only get there for 4pm. I now only get my mail once every 2-3 weeks as that’s how often I can get there with that early end time. The location should be open to 5pm or have extended hours on a couple days a week to accommodate most of the working world population.
