   Hello, on September 2, place an order through the Victoria’s Secret page. The money has been deducted from my account to this company. But I have not received my invoice for my purchase or a package number where I can track the shipment of my products. The purchase is made from Spain.    I worked for them as a driver for 3 and half years.I was put on a disaplinery when I went home to see if my daughter was ok after a serious car accident, totally unjustified and no compassion, disgusting behaviour from the director and managers. I would not recommend this company to any driver looking for a job .

   If it were possible to award less than 1 star, I would. Shocking lack of service and courtesy. Complete failure to respond to customer enquiry on 3 occasions in urgent situation, in spite of being recommended to this business by another Hereford business.

   Easy to choose a right cheapest way to send a parcel and fast to proceed to the payment. There is a selection of different companies to chose from and also from my experience it was a relief to find a company for my massive parcel. The collection was as promised on the day, polite and friendly. It saved my time and afford to go the dropping off point. It’s very informative as well.    No one pick up the phone after many calls.
   Your Skynet tracker said left message to consignee as no one at home on 31 Dec 2015! No one call me that day, and no leaflet to ask me to call back. Isn’t that lying in front of customer??

   Good service …no problem at all..1 thing is that they tell customers to pack their parcel in the box And put taps… isn’t it their work?
