    Someone from your company keeps calling me advising me to come and pick up my parcel. When I call back to ask further directions. I get no answer. I am expecting a parcel for an item purchased on Marketplace “sponsored ad” for which I have lost the transaction date, order # etc..I’m hoping that you can assist in tracing my parcels where abouts?

    Gary was great from the offset, I asked him to move my partners toolbox from Nuneaton to Leamington and it was no problem for him at all. Offered us a great price of just £45 which was unbeatable and the best price I had. My partner was also very happy with his service, he moved his toolbox over to Leamington in the snow and it went Smoothly. We would certainly use him again, he’s also very friendly.

    Showed up on time. Polite and friendly. Very careful with furniture. Efficiently got the furniture to the next location. So good I can’t offer any suggestions for improvement – they were great and I will certainly use them again in the future.

    Below than 3rd class service….talking behavior is very rude and treat like we are parcel something without paying money to them..and always try to take extra money from customers…

    Luck of the draw but some of these guys are not strong enough to move furniture and don’t have the right tools (see above).
    Damaged our floors (multiple places) with their busted dolly and by dragging furniture along the floor. Now refusing to fix or compensate for the damage caused even though they acknowledge they caused the damage recklessly.
    Their ‘insurance’ is not worth the paper it is written on.
    If you get lucky, you’ll get some capable movers but odds are high these guys will be slow, lazy (taking breaks all the time and somehow making a 15 minute drive take well over an hour).
    They also push very hard for cash payment my EFTPOS machine is broken – suspect there’s some funny tax business going on in the background.
    Would not recommend.
