    Endicia is the WORST hand-off shipping method I’ve encountered in 15 years of eBay buying and selling. I could have driven to the seller and picked up the item in less than 45 minutes. Instead, my purchase went from a seller in a Chicago suburb to Indianapolis Indiana and back t o a North West Indiana addressee. The shipment sat for days at each stop along the way. I’ll avoid buying from that seller in the future.

    Never expect them to answer the phone, or call you back. The only option is to go in. Don’t even bother with a message, they will not return your call. Hilariously called one of the other US post offices here, and they said there was nothing they could do and directed my call back to this post office where I’m sure they have the phone tucked away in a sound proof drawer.

    My daughter was expecting a package yesterday that she saved up for. She (20) has autism and gets super excited whenever she knows a package is coming for her. Well two packages were supposed to be delivered yesterday (8/11), but only one was left in the parcel box. I went to the post office this morning. The lady called Mike, the guy who would have delivered it.
    PO lady: [Our address] should have had two packages delivered yesterday but the lady says there was only one.
    Mike: What? I remember putting two packages in there.
    Sure, Mike. Unless he only delivers mail to a single group-house mailbox (not sure what these mailboxes are called), it seems doubtful he would have remembered our specific address.
    Either way, I’m thinking he put it in someone else’s mailbox and that AH has it. Too bad we don’t live in a better world where if you receive another person’s package, you would return it. Unfortunately, the seller doesn’t allow refunds or anything.

    They pick up my packages from my house, but scanned and sent only after 5 days! My packages been laying at their post office for 5 days, terrible!
