    The package and contents these folks delivered was destroyed. The company that sent the products understandably reshipped the products; through my Ring Doorbell I saw the same Lasership driver pull up and the box and contents arrived in the same condition- smashed, 2 times in a row.
    I contacted the company that I ordered the product from and told them I will not do business with them if they use Lasership in the future.

    Our container arrived at the Charleston location over a week ago and we still haven’t received it. Today is the 3rd delivery date I was given and so far I haven’t received any info that it’s coming today. The past 2 times we were supposed to receive the container, I received a call at 5 pm saying that their truck is broken and they can’t deliver it. Even though I called their customer service the same day to confirm delivery. It seems like their customer service team is not communicating properly with the Charleston location. I was promised a call this morning from a manager, which of course also didn’t happen.
    I have been sitting in an empty house for over a week now and 1 800 Pack rat is doing absolutely nothing to help! All they offer is $50 per delayed day and that really doesn’t help!
