   Have used A1 twice now. Fadi and Evon were soldiers on the latest move and worked tirelessly from 7AM till midnight including up three flights of stairs. Hardest working removalists and lovely people, A+ recommended.

   I’ve had intelcom deliver my amazon packages many times before but today was absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with them by far. All of my information is in the system (buzzer # & unit #) and I get a call from their driver telling me he’s here with my packages. I told him I’d buzz him up so he could deliver it to me and he told me to come down to the lobby and that he’d be waiting outside for another 2-3 minutes before he hung up. A little annoyed with the poor service I came down to open the door where he slid past me without giving me space or even wearing a mask and left the packages, scanned them, and said I could take them. I brought them back up to my suite only to realize one of the packages was not mine. I called him back telling him he gave me the wrong package and he was trying to get me to read to him all kinds of numbers on the package to figure out who it belonged to. After spending more time than I should I repeatedly kept telling him my address so he could come back and solve it for himself because it was not my job to figure it out for him or deliver the package for him either. The driver was extremely rude and refused to come back wanting me to deliver the package for him. REALLY??? I called and made a complaint about this particular driver but upon reading the recent reviews I see this is a common issue lately.

   Capsule Delivery is a great local service. 10/10 highly recommend. I’ve used them a couple of times now. The fee is very reasonable and the owners are very friendly and professional. Great customer service!

   I sent my laptop from their office and when it reached, the laptop has full of mud. When I called these people to ask they speak arrogantly and doesn’t know how to respect customers.
   Also, they charge 100% more than the actual price. Please don’t go there.
