    Why havent they closed this post office yet?? It needs to be updated first of all. There is no scale/postage machine to use after hours. There is no drop off for small packages. The lady with braids in particular always has an attitude & never even tries to be helpful. What post office closes in the middle of the day for lunch? Also they lock the doors before 5pm!!! Even though this is the most convenient location for me since i only live a minute away, I drive to the post office in glen burnie every time im able to. I can’t believe they are letting this locationto run this way!!!

    This is absolutely absurd. My shipment arrived to the facility in the wee hours of the morning on Friday, May 22.
    I received an email on Wednesday, May 27, saying that the shipment is on the truck and will be delivered by the end of the day. And then I get a text notification around 4:45 PM saying that it will be delivered the next day. I called the general help line and spoke to a representative who was very professional and stated that the product was actually never placed on the truck that day.
    And so on Thursday, May 28, I received an email that the delivery should take place by the end of the day. I called them around 11:00 AM to verify that the product was on the truck to be delivered and they said yes. Circa 4:20 PM, I received a text notification that the delivery has been rescheduled to tomorrow (May 29).
    I took two days off from work for this shipment and now I have to take another day off because of this foolishness? Don’t send me an email or text notification UNTIL you actually are planning on delivering the item that day.
    If the item wasn’t over 100 lbs, I would have gladly just gone and picked it up since the facility the product is in is less than 5 miles away from my house.
