    Which courier company doesn’t send the required message telling the recipient that their passport is out for delivery? Which delivery driver attempts to deliver a passport but doesn’t leave a card telling the recipient that they’d been? Which courier company apparently attempts to deliver a passport five times but doesn’t leave a ‘we have called’ card even once? Which courier company finally sends a text message saying ‘your passport is out for delivery today,’ three weeks after they have already returned it to the passport office? And then blames computer error?
    It’s not computer error, it’s lazy drivers. One problem after another, over a month th of dealing with them about the magically disappeared passport.
    The passport office also use FedEx….I’d recommend you to do the same.

    Doesn’t even deserve one star to be honest. Courier agents are awfully rude.Never deliver at the given location.Won’t talk properly on phone,says what he wants and just cuts the phone. Cancels item and says customer cancelled it.

    Exteremly worst service.
    12 days passed not yet delivered.
    Customer service numbers are not in function.
    Raised online complaints but no response.
